Skin Care: Facial
ROUTINE/RITUAL
Skin care, especially for the face is super important. I have been asked what I use on my face a few times, so here it is.
(I use these products in order)
ESTEE LAUDER: Gentle Eye Make Up Remover
This eye make up remover is perfect for people who put on layers of eyeshadow or eye liner, or even both. Sometimes I use this around my whole entire face, but of course it doesn’t work as well. It is a little bit pricey, but I got mine free as a gift after my mom bought some cosmetics for $100+. It does depend where you buy it. I highly don’t suggest getting it from eBay unless you know for sure that it is sealed, meaning the top has the seal on it. It would be around $15. Macy’s is $18+, I believe depending on which size bottle you buy.
Yes To Tomatoes Daily Pore Scrub:
I have tried so many facial cleansers/scrubs, from Loreal, Neautrogena, until I found this. I heard that organics are really good for everything about skin, so I found this. I took a big risk on buying this, because it is quite pricey. I bought it in a $23 package at Target, just so I could try it out. Yes To surprised me! I used the cucumber once and it didn’t help my skin at all. In fact, I believe I broke out a little bit more. I was hoping the Tomatoes could help me because it is an acne scrub. Holy tomatoes, it was just perfect! From the first use it made my skin feel so clean, and I saw my acne slowly fading. I highly suggest this for people with oily/combination skin with acne and/or even acne scars. It really does go deep in your pores and just cleans it all out. The scent is okay, but it’s not bad either. Price at Target would be $10 the bottle itself, but my package was $20.
ESKINOL: Cucumber Facial Cleanser
Everyone should know that even though you scrub and wash your face, it’s never really that clean. A cleanser should be in every one of your bathroom cabinets. The first ingredient in this cleanser is water, which means that there is more water than any other chemical. Once you get product on a cotton or a facial tissue and wipe it on your face, you will see a lot of dirt there. So to get that off everyday you HAVE to use a cleanser before you sleep. The price is really cheap actually it’s only around $1-$2.
Yes To Tomatoes Moisturizer:
The price is a lot for a small moisturizer, but it really does work. It’s $15 but it’s worth it. The texture of the product is kind of thick but not to creamy. The smell is kind of milky but obviously, tomatoe-y. It’s paraben-free, which is good because parabens chemicals formed by acid and alchohol which can affect the skin. This is the only facial moisturizer that I use, and it’s probably my holy grail in the winter.
Total Price: $45 the maximum.
